Thumbs down

2/10/2005 - North Korea publicly announced for the first time that it had nuclear arms. The country also rejected attempts to restart disarmament talks in the near future saying that it needed the weapons as protection against an increasingly hostile United States.

13 years later, here we are. The UN is really doing their job?

February 11, 2006...Armstrong Ranch, Texas...VP Dick Cheney, and others were hunting quail. Chaney's partner, a 78-year old Texas attorney, was looking for a downed bird when Chaney & the guide flushed another covey. Chaney, swinging on a bird, did not see his partner and hit him with the shot pattern. The partner survived.

While it was an unintentional shooting, there was an obvious safety violation.
Rule #4...Be sure of your target and what is behind it.

2/11/1990 - In Tokyo, Japan, James "Buster" Douglas knocked out Mike Tyson in the tenth round to win the heavyweight championship.

"Iron Mike" was bad in more ways than one. Like a 60 IQ thug.

On February 12, 1999, the five-week impeachment trial of Bill Clinton comes to an end, with the Senate voting to acquit the president on both articles of impeachment: perjury and obstruction of justice.

(This family has been avoiding paying for their crimes and indiscretions for years.)
