Who the heck elected this Muslim?
Representative Rashida Tlaib (D-Michigan) rallied with pro-impeachment demonstrators in chanting her controversial "impeach the m**********r" line during protests in the Capitol on Thursday.
Rep. Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley and some other politicians from the Democratic party joined the demonstrators on the East Lawn of the Capitol to call for President Donald Trump's impeachment. There was footage widely shared that shows Tlaib leading the chant and shouting: "Impeach the..." "This isn't just about corruption," she said. "This is about our way of life." Tlaib and her friends on the "Squad" saluted Pelosi after she announced in a televised statement that she'd opened an umbrella for numerous congressional investigations into President Donald Trump. The "Squad" consists of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley and Rashida Tlaib. They have come out in favor of the call during interviews and online. Tlaib posted on Twitter: "In light of today's news, #TickTockTrump?" and accused him of "putting his personal interests before our country." "EVERY member of Congress must go on record and decide if they will finally use their power to hold Trump accountable," she also wrote. Just hours prior to the video being posted, Tlaib shared on Twitter that she was selling the infamous slogan as a t-shirt for $29.00. |

You missed her being under investigation for personal use of campaign funds. She was using campaign money for living expenses.
