I think it would take more that a few cans of beer to get me to do that. Several shots of Jack perhaps.

Calvin, raw oysters are the best! Hopefully this oil spill won't kill the gulf fishery. It has been opened up for harvest but it remains to be seen if the quality or quantity has been effected. I'm willing to give the gulf shrimp a try again.

Is that right #1 cook?
That's funny, I did see on the news where fish house workers were smelling filets, and saying "no oil" with a "love you long time GI" accent. Not sure I can trust them!

Cool

I had 5 really decent (up to about 4') Tarpon feeding at my seawall and didn't have anything rigged to throw at em'! A good eatin' size, about 4' nurse shark joined in and I missed the boat. We have been having a lot of Manatee's hanging around and the first pelican of the season arrived the other day. That's really good to see a pelican because they go away in the summer and come back in the fall. Hope he knows something I don't! Haven't seen too many Frigate Birds either lately and that's a sign of no storms coming. Hope they're right. I gotta' rig a rod with a 6" Creek Chub Pikie Minnow. Tarpon can't resist them!

No Vetter. You don't need a pole. All you need is some swim fins & a Bowie knife to take them fishes.

All my swimmin' here is done in my pool. I have yet to see any critters that could bite me in the pool. Off my seawall I have seen many sharks, barracuda, a few crocodiles and stinging Portugese man of wars. I ain't swimmin' in the lake at the new house either, cottonmouths and gators live there!
