Wheel Gun Wednesday
I felt like going to the range this morning, so I figured why not shoot some revolvers. Some of us had been talking about shooting wheel guns on occasion.
Here's the 3 I took along Left to right, S&W Mod 10 4" 38 Special, S&W Mod 625 3" 45 ACP, S&W Mod 66 4" 357 Mag. I was a little rusty with the revolvers till I got onto the double actions again. Its been quite a while since I shot em. I need to get the sights on the 66 and 625 dialed in better. All in all I really enjoyed shooting them again. Next time I'll take some different ones. I also ran a few rounds thru my Ruger LC9S Pro. The more I shoot that little pistol the better I like it. |

Well Teddy... you know I'm a revolver man. Looks like you had a great time. I wouldn't say you were too rusty - they all look like serious hits to me. Nice revolvers. I like them all, but I'm got a soft spot for those Model 66s. Wish I still had one. The closest thing I still have is a Stainless Security Six 4". I like it a lot also. Good report - thanks!
