Default Extreme Plated 44 Mag

Wondering how well Extreme Plated will work with 296 powder?
Most of the recommended loading data I see will have at least 1200+ fps.
Extremes website says 1500 is ok. But I have read that is to high to keep them around 1200.

Good question dowop. The Extreme bullets I've used aren't plated and I use them for .45 auto target loads. I've used Berry's plated bullets in the .357 Magnum rifle. I tested some Tite Group loads that chronographed at just under 1300 fps with no leading problems.
