Boy Scouts drop 'Boy' and accept girls in 2019...
After 108 years, the Boy Scouts program is set to drop the gender from its name and re-emerge as "Scouts BSA," a more "inclusive" group that will also soon welcome girls in its ranks. Cub Scouts will keep their name and have been allowing girls to join for about two years.
Are we crazy? |

Back in the 70's BSA went with with-it, trendy urban Scouting because it was the lib thing. Scouting almost died until they went back to traditional, outdoor-oriented activities.
Seems like they want to try the failed attitudes again. |

OK... are the Girl Scouts disbanding or are they changing their name also. (I don't get it.)

You know I don't mind when crazy people state their crazy opinions. It helps to identify & avoid them.
What bothers me is when seemingly normal people or organizations agree with them. Crazy person = I think it's a good idea if we let men go into the woman's latrine & shower rooms. Seemingly normal person = Why golly gee that's a good idea. The correct answer is no. The operational phrase is 'never, never, never give them an inch'.
