You gotta try it with brats and dogs, the stuff you like on your brats and dogs, don't be afraid to add. Glad you liked them!
Frozen, nuked beef stew, not too exciting or good for that matter. Needed something real easy for early to bed to get up early for a start on the trip. |

Make a pot of chile beans, ground beef sauteed in garlic and a little olive oil, onions, lots of diced tomatoes and anything else your heart desires. I cut the brat on one side of the plate and the dawg on the other and pile the chile in the middle. Put mustard, ketchup and relish and what ever you like on the brats and dawgs and dig in! There you have it, Brat Dawg Chile Stew! Make your tongue slap your brains out! |

It's an easy one Teddy. Not sure why they call it stew - it's more like a soup and I eat it in a bowl.
Chili Dog Stew 4 hot dogs 1 (16 oz) can of Hormel Chili with beans 1 (10 oz) can of tomatoes and green chilies (Rotel) 1 small onion, diced 1 teaspoon of garlic salt 1 dash of cumin Empty can of Rotel in sauce pan. Add onions and spices. While the onions and Rotel heat, slice the hot dogs into pieces. Add them to the pot, stir, then heat to almost boiling. Add can of chili and heat until it starts to bubble. It's ready to eat, but I like to cover and simmer it for about a half hour. It's a little spicy, but pretty good I think.
