I bought gas on the turnpike in OK for $3.089. I was hoping it had gone down at home, but the cheapest I've seen was $3.159. Ever wonder why they always tack on the .9 cents? I guess they think that makes it sound cheaper. It's kind of like the ads that say, "On sale for under $500.00" ($499.99). I wish they would just make it even cents. It would be a lot easier to figure.

We're at $3.05 here, but I've been buying it cheaper. I have a Walmart card and they have a discount going until Christmas. Pay at the pump with one of their cards and get ten to fifteen cents off. I paid $2.90 for gas yesterday. I don't think my car runs as well on their gas, I don't always use them, but sometimes I need to save a few pennies.
