In the days of brown bagging in North Carolina, "set ups" were expensive coke's and seven-ups for mixing your drinks. When it was illegal to serve hard liquor in NC restaurants, you could bring your on booze but it had to be placed on the table with a brown paper bag inverted over the bottle. I never did quite understand the logic but I did a few "set ups."
Started working on the trigger for the new 10/22 and went back to the one in the picture. Been going slowly at stoning the sear and have lightened them up some. I don't have a jig, so I'm slowly taking a little off. This is a good link for 10/22 trigger jobs http://www.greatwestgunsmithing.com/...ob%20high.html |

I have replaced the triggers on my Savage MKII's with that Rifle Basix trigger. Actually I have one more to go. I have been happy with the work I did on this one, but couldn't manage to get the other three up the level as the one on the MKII FV. I do plan on replacing it soon, though, as those RB triggers are hard to beat.
I think Rifle Basix makes a trigger for a 10/22. You should try one greener, I'll bet you a beer that you like it!
