I might have seen one just this morning. It was crawling on it's belly along the edge of a wheat field. It was pretty foggy though, so I'm not sure.

Well if I get lucky this year with my new Elk Bow ,I just built, I will tell you how good it was. I have had elk cooked several different ways and they were all good. I like them on the grill. You just have to remember they don't have all the crap injected in them so you eat them a little more to the rare side than beef. Also they have way less fat and a little goes a long way. We also process it ourselves and bone everything. Going after a young cow......Ummmmmmm goood.
