I will not use Fed-ex, or buy from anyone, that only ships by Fed-ex. Their Shipping and Customer Service is unacceptable in this area. They have a Facebook Page, and it is full of complaints.

It must be a regional thing Calvin. FedEx and UPS both are reliable around here. In my neck of the woods, USPS is the one I have problems with.
