Question

That's the result of over population, over population of humans & bears. Florida's population grows by 1500 humans a day. Don't know how many bears but with nothing to kill them, too many. We need a "by the numbers hunt."
By that I mean keep track of the numbers & kill as many as need be to bring them to where they can live in what woods are left. They can't help it, they're hungry but the problem isn't going to solve itself.

Tree huggers don't get it. Hunting season is for harvesting excess numbers. It also helps cull out the dumb and sickly ones, leaving the best to survive and breed.

The bear could have gotten crossways with a gator. More people, gators, bears trying for the same space gets interesting.

Didn't they just catch a record Burmese python?

Tourist hunting licenses that should keep the 1500 humans a day down, it might give the bears some breathing room. We have the same problem here... those moving in here from out of state, buying up everything and creating a space problem for the bears.
