I had a very nice ham steak breakfast, with eggs and hashbrowns with sourdough toast with blackberry jam, and coffee.

We ate out at the last family style restaurant left in Topeka. Their strip mall has been bought up by a developer and they will be closing their doors in the middle of August. They have been in business over 50 years. Most of their clientele are age 50-90. I had meatloaf and Sharon had liver and onions.

We had pulled chicken and kraut with potatoes. We used to eat pulled turkey and kraut but haven't had it for years but it was real good with chicken!
