Thumbs up Pressure cooker chicken cheese steak...

Chicken cheese steaks.

Franne's trying a new recipe in the pressure cooker. Pretty
much the same ingredients, just cooked in the pressure cooker.

Onions, peppers, garlic. olive oil,
mushrooms, Italian seasoning & chicken.

Slap it on top of the cheese of your choice on a roll,
you'll think you're in Philly without the gangsta's!

Thumbs up

She used boneless breasts & they were great, haven't had them since.
Next time she's going to use thighs, probably be better. I'll let you know.
She made "roast London broil" with potatoes onions & carrots in the pressure cooker for tonight.
I'm sure it'll be good, let you know (in case it's not)
