I give them a 👎. I bought the $250. ones, their best & they did somewhat improve my hearing. I still couldn't hear Franne any better. No joke, it's not "selective hearing." The annoying sounds were loud, I could hear the refrigerator like my head was in the freezer, I could hear the ice cubes freezing. I bought them because they had a 45 day money back guarantee & after a month of break in as directed they didn't do the job, I returned them. I guess the high dollar ones can't be bought for $250.
