Not old old, about 30 years old. Shiloh 'Old Reliable' reproduction Sharps falling block Model 1874. Octagon barrel, set trigger. 45/120/3 1/4 Big Boom.

And I've got a thing for those old clocks although that one looks is such good shape as to be new.
