Thanks guys. I've been living out in the country where I could only get dial up connections and just haven't been online like I used to be. The place recently sold, so I'm back in town with cable internet again. Hopefully I can rejoin the real world, though I'm going to miss having a backyard shooting range.
Work has been hectic, 2 of our top managers retired, I was part of the search committee to replace them. I think we have some good people in, but it looks like all of our jobs are going to be rewritten. Still kinda waiting to see how all that is gonna shake out. I have a meeting with the big guy tomorrow, we'll see. I also had family in Joplin. They were having a reunion when the big tornado struck. My wife was there. The house she was in was destroyed. Thankfully it was an older house with stone and concrete walls that stood up to the F5 tornado. The roof didn't though and everything inside was wrecked. She, and her family walked out without anything worse then a few bruises. Her Jeep Liberty was flipped upside down and planted nose first in the front yard. It was quite a storm. That whole side of town looks like a bomb went off. Besides my regular job, I'm working as a caretaker for a guy's property out here. I'm trying to clean the place up and fix years of neglect around the buildings and property. I've been cutting down trees and bushes, and hauling scrap metal out of the place. It's keeping me busy. Thanks again for thinking of me. I've missed being here, I've got to make more time for the things that matter, like visiting the coffee shop!

Panther, it sure is good to hear from you. Sorry you have been having a rough time, maybe things will start getting better. Just drop in once in a while, and let us know how you are doing. We care, and miss you. Hope everything levels out for you, and you can be on the board more.

Great news from Panther!
It's so good when things turn out right. Thanks Panther for letting us know you're OK. Sorry the tornado nailed you but stuff is just stuff and can be fixed or replaced. Thanks again thanks Calvin for reaching out to him!

Panther - it's sure good to hear from you. We get worried when our friends don't check in once in a while. I hope things ease up for you a bit at work and I'm thankful your wife came out of that tornado safe. Stay in touch.
Thanks Calvin!
