Default Pretty in pink

ILLINOIS (WCIA) -- Hunters around the state will have even more clothes to choose from before going to get their harvest.

A new law allows hunters to wear florescent pink. It is an alternative to wearing orange. The bright pink color is supposed to stand out more in the field. Some hunters say they would consider sporting it. "I would definitely wear pink because it's just as visible as orange and it's more stylish and a lot of girls like it," said Taylor Daniels with the Midwest Shooting Academy.

This new option took effect at the beginning of the year.

I'm not fundamentally opposed to pink, however I have quite a bit invested in florescent orange. Why mess with a good thing?

I can see the logic in the woods, I just can't picture all the guys at the local watering hole later in the day, telling tales of the hunt and tossing back a cold one, in pink.
