Default Daisy and Benjimin air rifles

Back in the seventies, my friend used to shoot a pump up benjimin air rifle,
its action was brass i think and it went over 1000 fps, do you remember having one or does anyone still have one, i may not have the correct spelling.
He used to pump it up with a styrup pump?

Remember the old daisy pump up air rifle which had a handle to pump it up,
that again was the seventies..

Back to the days when things lasted

I've got an old lever pump Crossman that I've had for years. Just recently acquired a Break barrel Springer that I really like.

I guess I'm going through my second childhood. I love to shoot the Springers.

Some folks turn air rifle cillecting into a great hobby chris. God luck to you!

Pellet rifles & BB guns are pretty fun, both springers & air powered.

I have a old Daisy Red Rider & a 917 left over from my childhood. They both work although the Red Rider may show it's battle scars from a long life with a kid a little more than I wish it did!

I have a Daisy Mod 111 that I bought around 1950. I has a plastic stock and forearm. There is a gold painted scrolling on the side with the head of a cat which looks to be a bobcat. Sort of a cheaper version of the Red Rider.
My wife has one of the newer versions of the Red Ride that loads in a slot in the barrel. Makes a ratcheting sound when you cock it. Shoots good though for a b-b gun.
