fuel prices
Regular gas was 3.659 in great Falls tuesday the 3rd April. I went out to the AFB and used my Military Star card and got it for 3.509.
What's it going for out and around? |

Paid $3.679 yesterday - $44.00 total. My little S10 gets 24 mpg. At these prices, I wish it got 34!

I shudder thinking of the millions out of work who like me don't have public transportation. Hard to image having to drive miles filling out applications and praying for interviews with nothing coming in to feed the family.
All of the lawmakers are employed in large cities with transit systems, get gas paid for by taxpayers, at gov't pumps, or some other freebee method. That doesn't even mention freebee trips in Air Force One. I wonder how they would feel if they had to pay their own way and pump their own gas. |

Filled up @ $3.739 this morning. Some small relief from daily increases.

Paid $3.57 yesterday. Price has dropped 10-12 cents this week. (I'm sure it will be short-lived.)

I filled up yesterday at 3.449. I filled a couple of 5gal cans, and my little Ranger, and it still cost 67.00. Don't think I would want to walk, and push a push lawnmower for that price though.

I've seen alot of places at $3.37 recently. I'm traveling to Joplin later today. We drive through Carthage, Mo. on the way. For some reason, they always seem to be a few cents cheaper. I need gas, so I'm hoping that's the case today.
I went through Carthage and gas was $3.28. I filled up there.

We have 2 of these threads - gas prices and fuel prices. Do we need both?
