Cool

I've only got 3 tomato plants in but I'll put 3 more and a half a dozen peppers in this week. A few more in a couple weeks and we should be pickin' until December. We got a slew of tomatoes already.

I tilled and hoed in the Garden today. One 90' row of potatoes is looking good. The last row hasn't come up yet. Too dry. Have one row of onions, and one row that didn't come up. Two rows of corn that hasn't come up. Have a row of purple hull peas up. Going to replant a row of onions. My Grapes, Blueberries, and Huckleberries are beginning to leave out.

Some people would be surprised how much you can grow on a 50'x100' place with good sandy soil, well fertilized and water. I have the good soil, but not water. Getting it where I can water it will be my next project.

Our garden is still way to wet. It'll probably get dry enough just about the time the spring monsoons hit.

Teddy, my garden is about 6" of dry loose sand. I need some on that water on it bad. Seed won't sprout until it rains here. Our whole State has been under a Burn Ban for over a week now.

Well Calvin, I just couldn't stand it anymore, so I tilled a couple of rows and it worked up pretty good.

Planted a couple rows of peas.

Feels good to get started.

Our peas are poking through and the onions are doing the same. Can hardly wait to eat those raw peas.
