We have decided to cull the herd. Going to sell the 03 S-10. It sure is a good truck and has been a good Deer hauler. Kinda hate to see it go.

Very nice looking S-10 Teddy! I wish I could afford to buy it. I like my Silverado, but it's an extended cab and it takes a half mile to turn it around and it's hard to park.

Default New (to us) diesel.

We recently retired and bought an RV. Our Nissan Titan wasn't up to the job of hauling it, so we got a 2010 Ford F-250 Super Duty Diesel. We are completely new to diesels and need any help and suggestions we can get.

For example, on occasion it has lost power and started sputtering. After I pulled it over to the side of the road and let it sit it was fine again. Is this something diesel, or what?

It's definitely not a normal diesel thing. Is your water temperature high when it starts this? It could be a turbo problem, but most likely it's in the fuel system somewhere - filter, injectors,... There are a lot of things it could be, but probably needs to be checked out by the Ford dealer.

Nice to see you again Hagar! Don't be a stranger.

Good to see you, Hagar. Like rman said, get the truck to a dealer or diesel shop as soon as you can.

Well folks, it sold. Kinda hated to do it, but we just did not need it. Sold it to a young man from here in town, and he picked it up after church this morning. He was walkin in tall cotton when he left.

Good deal Teddy! It's not hard to see why he was happy.
