Thats beautiful Tony. Guess I would say Camping on the Ranch is my Hobby. I'll have to get some pictures.

Golfing is one of mine. I play once a week with my brother and father. Skiing is another. I guess I will have to get some pictures to post.

Reading is one of my hobbies, fishing, and mushroom hunting, when it's in season. Mushroom season is probably my favorite.

Very nice Chrotdraw, you are talented. If I want or need to draw anything I have to use a T- square and or a compass. Your carving looks like you put a lot of work into it. Great job.

Yes, Chortdraw, your talent really shows in your carvings. They're really awesome.

Chortdraw, you have incredible talent. Those carvings are fantastic. Do you maked the bows as well?

hobbies
Hobbies.......I read a lot, both fiction and non-fiction. I collect and refurbish old plumber's blowlamps, of which I have about 50. In that same vein, I acquire camping stoves, refurbishing them where necessary (old Optimus and Primus stoves that have been poorly treated). I do the same with Coleman lamps to a lesser degree.
Over the last year, I have become interested in Pulse Jets - relatively simple jet engines that run on propane and have no moving parts. They can be assembled from pipe fittings in their most basic form. (I have a couple of short videos but they are .mov files and I cannot post them) During the Winter, I enjoy cross country skiing. Most of the year, I swim a number of times a week at a local YMCA. Astronomy has been an interest since I have been a boy. And there's bird watching. Pete |
