Old guys like you should never get more than six inches off the ground. A fall from that distance is survivable!

Me and ladders have never been friends. I will be durned if I am going to start now! Besides, I get a nose bleed every time I stand on my tip toes!

I watched the John Wayne "El Dorado" movie last night. The opening has some great western drawings. I got a bit nervous because a couple of them had drawings of cowboys on horses standing very close to the edge of a canyon.

The CNN tower in Toronto has a section of glass floor looking at the ground 1100 feet below. An elephant could tap tap dance on that glass. I went out on it only after several generous shots of scotch.

I'm not sure they make enough scotch to get me out there!

I was doing well getting up the courage when one of my buddies opined that he used to jump out of perfectly good airplanes at lower altitudes. Back for another tipple.

Sky diving looks like fun. I never did it and wish I had. It'll have to stay in my bucket list. Can't even think of how bad my knees would hurt even with a good landing. I have flown a glider, been up in a hot air ballon, bungee jumped and drank Scotch.

I've never been that adventurous. I've been shot at and missed and at and hit, but that's about it. Oh, and I've tried Scotch.
