On "Contact and Cover", useful article: link
This is from Steve Wenger's email digest:
This article refers to a police principle known as “contact and cover,” in which one officer makes contact with a subject and a second officer normally remains uninvolved, providing cover in event of an emergency. It contains some information that could be useful anytime that two people are together, especially if both are armed. http://www.policeone.com/police-prod...n-or-position/ |
