Good morning.
The girls are here and are ready to serv breakfast. I'll have a shortstack please, Molly. Finished mowing the pastures, so today I'll burn trash, put a newelectric fuel pump on my International tractor and drag the drivewayat the shop. There is a terrace washed out in the South pasture, I guess I'll dig some dirt out of the little pond and fill in the wash. Good luck, Vetter. It's strange that Halloween and Christmas decorations ar already on the shelves, panther. Seems that they start earlier every year.

Good morning. The morning coffee is good. Have we been getting decaf? For the past few mornings I've been getting up, doing the morning coffee and then getting my 2 hour nap.
I've just heard that if you sit too much you will die. The last I checked my chances of dying are about 100%, but I'm not ready to test that theory. Nothing much going on. The rain we weren't supposed to have is happening. Y'all have a great day. |

Good afternoon folks. Vetter called me earlier this afternoon and said he was out of surgery and doing fine. He's pretty sure he will be coming home tomorrow. Said he'd have to keep his left arm in a sling/brace for a month to prevent the pacemaker wires from being accidentally pulled loose. He wanted me to tell everyone Hi for him.
I took my little pooch to Lawrence this morning for a bath and a haircut. While I was waiting I had 4 new tires put on the Equinox. The ones that were on it were beginning to look like racing slicks. Talk about sticker shock - ouch! I hope these last as long as I do. I stopped at Duncan Donuts to have a cup with the few old conservatives left in Lawrence. That was fun, but it's not the same since our HVAC buddy passed away.

You're welcome. Sounds like you've been busy. Me - not so much.

Good morning. I'd like some of dowop's hi-test coffee please. This morning looks like a laundry morning and if the 20% chance of showers misses us, I'll probably mow this afternoon. EEE HAW!
You're welcome dowop. Think your hours might have something to do with it. We don't have enough help to man (or woman) the place for 24 hours.

Good morning. I'll have some of the real coffee.
Grass needs cutting and we keep seeming to have enough drizzle to keep it wet. Thanks to USPS I got to meet another neighbor. Our mail person does ok getting mail to the right street number most of the time, she just has trouble getting to that number on the right street. I got his box. I wonder if that's why the book I ordered wasn't delivered in 5 weeks. Pam is in her post painting cleanup. She doesn't seem to care about disturbing my nap. Listening to the news. "Every time congress makes a joke, it's a law and every time congress makes a law, it's a joke." Will Rogers Y'all have a great day. |
