Man that is some hard stuff to work! My brother and I used to make long bows out of hedge when we were kids. Made good bows but was tough to work.

I was looking in lehmans.com the other day and I think for me, the lehmans power knife would be a good fit for utility.
It's definitely a working knife with no cosmetic appeal. |
