Default Regulating us out of existence

In December, the final primary lead smelter in the United States will close. The lead smelter, located in Herculaneum, Missouri, and owned and operated by the Doe Run Company, has existed in the same location since 1892.

Started with the best intentions the EPA has turned into a monster.

The old law of unintended (debatable) consequences.

This will affect manufacture of fishing gear as well as shooting.

The environmentalists will be the death of us all.

The Government can't successfully regulate itself, much less anything else.

Its time to get back to basics. Start thinking about the things that made this County great and stop coming up with ideas on how to screw it up.

Thumbs down

If they were so bad since 1892 we would all look like Zombies by now for cryin' out loud. Greener is the expert here on this B.S. and I'm sure he has pages of stories he could tell!
