Medium Rare
Sunny day and low 80's. A perfect day for fishing. Unfortunately not as good a day for catching. The $3500 chain pickerel avoided my best efforts. (The launch I use has a pot for the best citation chain pickerel of the day. No one who has entered the daily pot has caught one in about 3 years. The citation bass pot lasts about 2 weeks.) Still, a couple bass and a few sunfish on light tackle makes for an enjoyable day. I may not have found the fish but I did find the right location for blue herons, osprey, mallards and redwing blackbirds.
Now to get over being about medium rare from the nice sunny day. |

Sure beats a lousy day at work. But the next time may well be the charm.

Keep after it greener. You'll win that pot if you keep trying!
Sunburns suck, don't they?

Sounds like fun even if you didn't win the pot. Know what you mean about the sunburn. I have to use sunscreen or I get french-fried.

I get red and a bit tender and the next day it's replaced by the south of the border look. Drives SWMBO to distraction. When she is out in the sun it is with a big floppy hat and long sleeve shirts and pants.

Sharon laughs at me. I have Jay Bird legs and a pot belly so I don't wear short legged pants outside. I go with just a t-shirt on a lot in the summer. When I pull my clothes off Sharon says that I'm the best example of Black and White that she has seen.

That shows what missing words can do. I should have added: and Blue Jeans.
