All states need to do that. That is just another way for the libs to disarm Americans with no proof and no recourse for the victim.

"Red Flag" law permits temporary removal of firearms, I certainly can not go along with that!

My guess is that it will not be temporary in those states that have passed Red Flag laws. We need to find a way to prevent those who are legitimately mentally ill and have a propensity to commit violent acts from obtaining guns. He says, she says situations are not the way to go about it.
