Nothing wrong with a snubby. I carry mine a lot, usually by itself, and sometimes as a backup.

I know 2 guys that a snubby is all the ever carry. Both like the "just put it in your pocket" simplicity. I like more rounds. There are probably more snubby's than 1911's carried because it's so easy.

And with today's ammo, they are more effective than ever. I can remember when we used to load hollow base wadcutters backwards for defensive rounds because hollow points in those days didn't expand reliably in snubs.
