Easy Peezy chicken pot pie....
Quick and easy, very low calorie, low carb and tastes great! Serves 61 cup cooked chicken cut in bitesize pieces 1 2/3 cups thawed frozen veggies 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup 1 cup Bisquick reduced fat mix 1/2 cup non-fat milk (or milk) 1 egg Preheat oven to 400 Mix chicken, veggies, and cream of chicken soup and spread into the bottom of a non-greased 9" round glass pie pan Mix Bisquick, milk, and egg and pour on top of the chicken mixture Bake for 30 minutes of until the top turns golden brown |
