Canning this year

We will probably only get some corn, peaches and apples put up this year. Too many health incidents.
The daughter did get 11 quarts of corn and 14 quarts of tomatoes put up last evening.

You're doing good. I didn't have my garden where I could water it, and the drouth got it. We didn't can anything, and froze very little.

My wife says she'd have more to can if I'd quit eating it up so fast. I just cant resist fresh out of the garden veggies.

You're right Teddy. I'd like to have green beans in the winter but I eat them as fast as they come on. When I was a kid mom only cooked out of Stokely's and Van Camps cans. Never knew what good garden greens tasted like.
